Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Heat sesame oil in a large pan over medium heat.
  2. Add peas and carrots, and sauté until tender.
  3. Push vegetables to the side and add beaten eggs, scrambling until cooked.
  4. Add cooked rice and orange chicken to the pan.
  5. Pour soy sauce and mix thoroughly.
  6. Add orange zest and green onions, stir well, and cook for another 2 minutes.
  7. Serve hot.
