Oven Baked Meatballs are easy to make and packed with flavor. Perfect for a quick dinner or meal prep.
Ingredients

- 1 1/2 pounds ground beef, 80/20
- 1/4 cup almond flour (or substitute with Italian breadcrumbs or panko crumbs)
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine all ingredients and mix thoroughly. Roll heaping tablespoons of mixture into meatballs (approx. 20).
- Place meatballs on the prepared sheet, spaced 1/2–1 inch apart. Sprinkle lightly with salt and pepper.
- Bake for 24 minutes, until cooked through and golden brown.
- Enjoy any way you like—ideal with spaghetti noodles and marinara sauce.
Notes
- Can substitute almond flour with Italian breadcrumbs or panko crumbs.
- Can also bake in mini muffin tins.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days.
- Cool completely, freeze on a sheet for 1 hour, then transfer to a storage bag for up to 3 months.
