Description

Peanut Butter Greek Yogurt Dip is a creamy and delicious dessert made with cottage cheese and Greek yogurt, layered with graham crackers and fresh berries.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups cottage cheese (2% milk fat)
  • 4 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 3 cups full-fat plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 cups crushed graham crackers
  • 1 cup berries (or more, as desired)

Instructions

  1. Add cottage cheese to a food processor and blend for 1–2 minutes until smooth and creamy. Add maple syrup and blend again until fully incorporated.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the whipped cottage cheese with Greek yogurt using a silicone spatula until smooth.
  3. In each jar, layer in this order: graham crackers, cheesecake mixture, graham crackers, berries, cheesecake mixture.
  4. Garnish with additional berries before serving.
  5. Serve immediately or chill until ready to enjoy.

Notes

  • Blend the cottage cheese thoroughly for the smoothest cheesecake texture.
  • You can swap berries for mango, cherries, or peaches.
  • Chill for 1–2 hours for a firmer, more traditional cheesecake consistency.
