Ingredients

- 235 g halloumi
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Slice the halloumi into your preferred thickness.
- Brush both sides with olive oil.
- Place the halloumi slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Air fry at 400°F (200°C) for 8–10 minutes, depending on how golden and crispy you like the exterior.
- Enjoy warm as a snack, in sandwiches, or on salads.
