Ingredients

  • 2 lbs chicken tenders, cut into 3-inch pieces
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1½ tbsp dry ranch seasoning
  • 1 tsp dried dill
  • 2 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ½ cup unsalted butter
  • 810 cloves garlic, minced
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp hot sauce
  • 2 tsp red pepper flakes
  • ⅓ cup fresh parsley, minced
  • 1 tbsp dry ranch seasoning
  • 1 tsp dried dill
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • Wooden skewers (soaked in water for 30 minutes)

Instructions

  1. Mix all chicken seasonings in a bowl.
  2. Add chicken pieces and olive oil; toss to coat thoroughly.
  3. Thread chicken tightly onto soaked skewers.
  4. Melt butter in a saucepan or microwave with minced garlic.
  5. Add Parmesan, hot sauce, red pepper flakes, parsley, and remaining seasonings. Whisk to combine.
  6. Reserve ⅔ of the sauce for final basting, use ⅓ for cooking.
  7. Preheat air fryer to 400°F. Cook 2–3 skewers at a time for 5 minutes.
  8. Flip and baste with sauce. Cook 2 more minutes, flip, baste, and cook 5–6 more minutes until internal temp reaches 165°F.
  9. Finish with reserved garlic butter and extra Parmesan.
  10. For oven method, preheat oven to 450°F. Bake skewers on a foil-lined sheet for 14 minutes, flipping halfway and basting throughout. Broil for 2 minutes at the end.
  11. For grill method, grill skewers over medium-high heat, 5–6 minutes per side, basting with garlic butter as they cook.
  12. Finish with a final drizzle of sauce and Parmesan.
