Description
A sweet and salty treat combining chocolate, pretzels, and caramel.
Ingredients

- 12 oz semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 8 oz pretzels
- 11 oz soft caramels
- 2 tbsp heavy cream
- Sea salt, for sprinkling
Instructions
- Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Melt chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring between each, until smooth.
- Spread about two-thirds of the melted chocolate onto the prepared baking sheet.
- Arrange pretzels over the chocolate and gently press them down.
- In another microwave-safe bowl, melt the caramels with the heavy cream for about 2 minutes, stirring until smooth.
- Drizzle the caramel evenly over the pretzels.
- Drizzle the remaining melted chocolate over the top and sprinkle with sea salt.
- Chill in the refrigerator until set, then break or cut into pieces. Alternatively, let it set at room temperature for about 2 hours.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container at room temperature or in the refrigerator.
- Allow to sit at room temperature briefly before serving for easier cutting.
