Instructions

  3. Stir in milk, oil, and eggs until the batter is smooth. Do not overmix.
  4. Spray waffle iron with non-stick spray. Pour batter onto the hot iron and cook in batches according to your waffle maker’s instructions, until golden and crisp.
  5. Top waffles with warm chili and your favorite toppings like cheese, sour cream, and green onions.
