- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup blue cheese crumbles (optional)
- 1/4 cup sliced green onions
- 1 bag of tortilla chips for serving
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cream cheese, buffalo sauce, and ranch dressing until well blended.
- Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese and blue cheese crumbles if using.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it evenly.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until bubbly and golden on top.
- Remove from the oven and sprinkle with sliced green onions before serving.
- Serve warm with tortilla chips.
