A delightful Sugar Cookie Latte with a sweet and creamy flavor.
Ingredients

- 1 cup water
- 3–4 tablespoons dark brown sugar
- 3 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon butter extract
- ¼ teaspoon almond extract
- ¼ cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons sugar cookie syrup
- 7 ounces milk (oat, almond, or your choice)
- 2 shots espresso
- Ice
- Sprinkles (optional)
Instructions
- Make the Sugar Cookie Syrup: Combine water and brown sugar in a small saucepan over medium heat. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract, butter extract, and almond extract. Let cool to room temperature before using.
- Make the Sugar Cookie Cold Foam: Add a splash of sugar cookie syrup to ¼ cup heavy cream. Use a handheld milk frother for 15–20 seconds until foamy.
- Assemble the Sugar Cookie Latte: In a glass, add 2 tablespoons sugar cookie syrup, milk, ice, and espresso. Top with sugar cookie cold foam and sprinkle toppings if desired.
Notes
- This recipe yields 8 servings of syrup and 2 servings of cold foam.
- You can adjust sweetness by adding more or less syrup.
- For a vegan version, use plant-based milk and coconut or oat cream for the foam.
