Ingredients

  • ¼ cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons sugar cookie syrup
  • 7 ounces milk (oat, almond, or your choice)
  • 2 shots espresso
  • Ice
  • Sprinkles (optional)

Instructions

  1. Make the Sugar Cookie Syrup: Combine water and brown sugar in a small saucepan over medium heat. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract, butter extract, and almond extract. Let cool to room temperature before using.
  2. Make the Sugar Cookie Cold Foam: Add a splash of sugar cookie syrup to ¼ cup heavy cream. Use a handheld milk frother for 15–20 seconds until foamy.
  3. Assemble the Sugar Cookie Latte: In a glass, add 2 tablespoons sugar cookie syrup, milk, ice, and espresso. Top with sugar cookie cold foam and sprinkle toppings if desired.
