Ingredients

- 2 cups rolled oats
- 2–3 tablespoons chia seeds
- 2 cups milk
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
- ¼ cup yogurt
- 2–3 tablespoons mini chocolate chips (plus extra for topping)
- 1–2 tablespoons cocoa powder (optional, for deeper chocolate flavor)
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine rolled oats, chia seeds, chocolate protein powder, milk, maple syrup, yogurt, mini chocolate chips, and cocoa powder (if using).
- Stir thoroughly until everything is well mixed.
- Cover with a lid or plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 3 hours or overnight.
- Before serving, stir and add your favorite toppings such as extra chocolate chips, jam, berries, or nuts.
Notes
- For a thicker texture, use slightly less milk.
- For a thinner consistency, stir in a splash of milk before serving.
- Use dark chocolate chips for a richer flavor.
