Description
A quick and delicious surf and turf stir fry featuring shrimp and beef with fresh vegetables.
Ingredients

- 8 oz shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 8 oz beef sirloin, thinly sliced
- 2 cups mixed vegetables (bell peppers, broccoli, snap peas)
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- Cooked rice or noodles for serving
Instructions
- Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add garlic and ginger, sauté for 1 minute.
- Add beef slices, cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes.
- Add shrimp and cook until pink, about 2-3 minutes.
- Add mixed vegetables and stir fry for 2-3 minutes.
- Pour in soy sauce and oyster sauce, stir to combine.
- Drizzle with sesame oil, mix well.
- Serve over rice or noodles.

- Adjust cooking time based on the thickness of beef slices.
