Ingredients

  • 8 oz shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 8 oz beef sirloin, thinly sliced
  • 2 cups mixed vegetables (bell peppers, broccoli, snap peas)
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • Cooked rice or noodles for serving

Instructions

  1. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add garlic and ginger, sauté for 1 minute.
  3. Add beef slices, cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes.
  4. Add shrimp and cook until pink, about 2-3 minutes.
  5. Add mixed vegetables and stir fry for 2-3 minutes.
  6. Pour in soy sauce and oyster sauce, stir to combine.
  7. Drizzle with sesame oil, mix well.
  8. Serve over rice or noodles.
