- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup teriyaki sauce
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1/2 cup green onions, chopped
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix shredded chicken, teriyaki sauce, cooked rice, broccoli, and half of the cheese.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased casserole dish.
- Top with remaining cheese and sprinkle with green onions and sesame seeds.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until cheese is bubbly.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- Feel free to add other vegetables.
- Use low-sodium teriyaki sauce for a healthier option.
- Can be made ahead and refrigerated before baking.
