  • 1/3 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup chocolate chunks
  • Sea salt flakes for topping

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F. Line a 9×5 or 8×5 loaf pan with parchment paper.
  2. Melt butter and oil together. Whisk in granulated sugar and brown sugar until combined.
  3. Add egg and vanilla; whisk well.
  4. Stir in flour, cocoa powder, and salt until smooth. Fold in chocolate chunks.
  5. Pour batter into the pan and spread evenly.
  6. Bake for about 25 minutes, until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.
  7. Cool completely before slicing. Sprinkle with sea salt flakes if desired.
