- 3 tablespoons vanilla protein powder
- 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/4 cup freeze-dried raspberries
- 3 tablespoons white chocolate chips
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine almond butter, honey, vanilla extract, and almond extract (if using). Stir until smooth.
- Add oats, protein powder, and sea salt. Mix until fully combined.
- Gently fold in freeze-dried raspberries and white chocolate chips.
- Roll the mixture into balls, about 1 tablespoon each. A cookie scoop works well for uniform size.
- Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
